We frequently get the question, “Do you clean windows year round, even in the winter?“  The answer is a resounding “YES”!

Colorado can have cold, wet winters, but we still always have beautiful, sunny and clear days where we can work without any problems.  Gutters fill up in the winter and need cleaning.  Windows can be dirty any time of year and need cleaning.   We might need to be a bit more flexible on scheduling, but we are nice and our customers are wonderful so it always works out.  If on the day of your scheduled appointment the weather is wet and freezing, we will naturally reschedule you with no additional charge.

As much as we would like to control the weather - it can’t be done, not by us anyway, but we won’t let it stop us.  No matter the season, feel free to call.

Because we don’t generally see what is lurking inside our gutters, we don’t often think to clean them.  But, gutter cleaning is a very important home maintenance job and needs to be done regularly.   When the gutters are packed full of dirt and leaves and the snow comes, water can back up under the shingles and cause major water damage to the roof and walls of your home.

We clean gutters the right way.  We hand clean your gutters and bag up the debris.  Then we hose out the gutters and downspouts rinsing them thoroughly so that nothing is left and we haul off and dispose of the debris.  Your gutters are clean and ready for the winter weather when we are through.

A: It is a very simple process, it takes about 5 minutes right over the phone and consists of about 20 easy questions. I have been doing this long enough that it is very rare that I need to see a house I am bidding on.

A: No.

A: No, we remove your screens and reinstall them.

4. Q: Do I need to move furniture?

A: No, we move furniture as needed, however if you have family heirlooms and little treasures around or near your windows, you might consider moving them.

5. Q: Do I need to be home?

A: No, however, we certainly would like to meet you the first time, but it is entirely up to you.

6. Q: Do you clean both the insides and outsides of windows?

A: Yes we do, however some people choose to do the insides themselves. We can provide you with the service you choose.

7. Q: What do you do if there is bad weather?

A: We prefer to reschedule your cleaning to aday with better weather.

8. Q: How far in advance do Ineed to call to schedule my window cleaning?

A: April through December are our busy months, so it is prudent to plan a week or so in advance.

9. Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: We aim to please, so if you see something you can’t live with just feel free to call and we will get out to touch it up as soon as possible.

A: Yes, and you may request a certificate of liability insurance. We will have our insurance agent fax or mail it to you.

A: Unlike some companies, we do not use a leaf blower. This method is not effective enough. We dig out the debris by hand, flush out the gutters and snake out the downspouts if necessary. We then bag up the debris and haul it off for you.
